The Good Stuff
Fresh taste
Reviews repeatedly describe the cupcakes as moist, fluffy and flavorful, with frosting that is not excessively sweet.
Custom designs
Customers can send a reference image and receive a cake tailored closely to the requested details; one cake looked better than the supplied photo.
Quick ordering
Ordering is often handled smoothly through WhatsApp or online channels, with reviewers noting quick responses and easy payment.
Last-minute help
Some customers received same-day or last-minute orders, including a bouquet prepared from a 1:30pm request by 5:00pm.
Flexible flavours
One reviewer says the ordering process allowed changes to cupcake colours, design and flavours.
Careful packing
Cake and bouquet orders have arrived beautifully packed and intact, helping protect intricate designs during delivery.
Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm timing. For a surprise or event, confirm the delivery window directly; one reviewer reported a two-hour delay.
Ask for options. When ordering, ask about changing colours, design and flavours rather than assuming the pictured version is fixed.
Try samples. If flavour matters for a larger order, ask whether sample cupcakes are available; one customer received samples before ordering 30.
Protect surprises. If the order is a gift, ask how the invoice will be handled so the recipient does not see the price.
Last-minute check. Same-day orders may be possible, but confirm availability early: one bouquet ordered at 1:30pm was ready by 5:00pm.

The Bottom Line
Sweet Celebrationz LLC is a cupcake shop in International City where the main draw is edible-looking floral work. You can order a cupcake bouquet, a Flower Bouquet Cake, or a customized celebration cake; reviewers mention birthday, gender-reveal and surprise-delivery orders. The bouquets are designed to resemble real flowers, making them more of a presentation piece than an ordinary box of cupcakes.
The food generally gets equally strong feedback. Customers describe the cupcakes as fresh, moist, fluffy and flavourful, with several noting that the icing is not overly sweet. One reviewer ordered 30 regular cupcakes in chosen colours, while another says they could adjust colours, design and even flavours.
Sample cupcakes were also sent before that larger order, which is a useful option to ask about. Ordering is commonly handled through WhatsApp or online payment, and reviews describe the process as quick and straightforward. Same-day service has worked for some customers: a signature bouquet requested at 1:30pm was ready by 5:00pm, and another order arrived within seven to eight hours.
Still, build in time and confirm the delivery window. Two reviews report two-hour delays, and one surprise recipient was shown the invoice, so clarify gift-handling details before paying.
