Tips for a Better Visit
Ask details. Ask what the AC job includes; one booking review praised the clear, non-pushy description of the work beforehand.
Allow drying. Allow around 5–6 hours for a sofa and carpet to dry after cleaning, based on one customer’s experience.
Plan access. Make sure technicians can reach the unit, but mention any timing constraints: one team waited while kitchen work was completed.

The Bottom Line
Tanziif LLC handles air duct and HVAC cleaning in Business Bay, while the reviews show a broader home-cleaning service. You can book Full AC duct cleaning, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning and home sanitisation. The AC work is described in unusually concrete terms: technicians used HEPA vacuums, rotating brushes and high-pressure water jets, while covering surrounding areas to limit dust and mess.
Upholstery and mattress jobs are another strong theme. Customers describe deep vacuuming, UV sanitisation and shampooing on mattresses, with stubborn stains removed from sofas, carpets and even a five-year-old mattress. Teams are repeatedly described as punctual, professional and willing to explain each stage.
One AC customer said the team waited until kitchen work was finished before accessing the unit, and another reported same-day disinfection after furniture delivery. The main practical caution is time: HVAC cleaning was called a lengthy process, while one sofa-and-carpet job took five to six hours to dry. Ask for the exact scope when booking, and confirm whether any sanitisation is included rather than assuming it will be complimentary.
