Tips for a Better Visit
Verify documents. Before submission, check the photograph and personal details on the application to catch errors early.
Compare locations. If accommodation matters, ask about the branch and stay arrangement first; one review preferred Deira to Union.
Confirm inclusions. For a bus-to-bus renewal, confirm whether accommodation and meals are included; one package provided two meals.
Ask timings. Ask when approval is expected and what happens after border exit, since customers reported same-day results but arrangements can vary.
Review options. Ask whether bus or flight renewal suits your situation; one customer found the flight option smoother.

The Bottom Line
Team Getset Tours and Travels is mainly used for UAE visa changes, visit-visa extensions and renewals, often involving an Oman border trip. Customers also book flights, holiday travel and arrangements such as bus transport and accommodation through the agency. The strongest pattern in the reviews is hands-on communication: people mention clear instructions, quick replies, regular updates and guidance from application through approval.
For Oman-related processing, reviews describe same-day or near-same-day outcomes, including one approval about an hour after border exit and another UAE visa issued within a day. Customers also mention comfortable transport, clean or good accommodation, food being provided on some packages, and support when unexpected travel issues arose. Flight bookings receive positive comments too, including help comparing options and an Emirates fare discount offer.
The agency also handled an Unaccompanied Minor booking for a child travelling alone. There is one serious caution: a customer reported delays, poor communication and the wrong photograph on the visa. Another found the Union location slower than expected and its accommodation average, while hearing better feedback about Deira.
Before paying, confirm the branch, transport, accommodation, meal inclusions, approval timing and every document detail. The reviews suggest a useful, responsive service, but the travel arrangements and stay should still be checked carefully.
