Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm fees. Ask for the final delivery fee before booking; one customer reported an undisclosed AED 23 charge.
Get estimates. For larger jobs such as curtains, confirm whether the quoted amount is fixed: one customer’s AED 380 discussion became almost AED 600.
Separate items. If sending mixed loads, ask how formal clothes and blankets will be packed, since one reviewer reported them being placed in the same bag.
Allow buffer. For collection or delivery, leave extra time or confirm the schedule, as reviews mention missed collections and delayed returns.
Check shoes. For shoe cleaning or restoration, confirm the turnaround and progress in advance; one shoe order reportedly took two months.
