“Today, I visited Tiffin Box Restaurant with my family. We had seen a video from Mallu Travel about their 14-dish combo for AED 35. When we entered, our first impression wasn’t great, and my wife and I even considered leaving. However, we decided to give it a try and ordered one Tiffin Box with 14 items. Once we started eating, our experience completely changed. The food was amazing, and we ended up ordering another combo because we enjoyed it so much. Honestly, I have never experienced such good taste and quality before—everything was superb!”

“Felt bad, As I ordered 1 plate of Kothu Porotta, the board outside mentioned that it cost 10 AED. After eating 1 plate of Kothu Porotta and a tea, it cost 20 AED. When I asked about it, they told me the board displayed an old offer. The guy there was nervous and asked me to wait, as if he was trying to return some amount as balance. I paid 20 AED and didn’t wait for the drama. It’s not that I ate the food and am complaining about a silly amount of overpricing. I felt bad because the food is not worth that money, and most hotels better than Tiffin Box serve much better food at a more reasonable price. I had this bad experience, and I suggest the team take care of the service, customer satisfaction, and especially hygiene (I found a cockroach running through the tissue box near me — you can check the CCTV around 11 PM on 8th June when I was sitting before ordering the food). I’m not someone who writes these things to defame a business. What triggered me was when he told me the price, I looked at the board and saw 10 AED for that meal, and the guy acted like he was going to return some money but didn’t. Please fix these issues.”
