Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm Leadtime. Ask for the delivery window before ordering; one customer was quoted 5–7 working days, though the order arrived earlier.
Flag Urgency. If your project is time-sensitive, state that clearly when ordering; reviews describe urgent materials being arranged promptly.
Request Guidance. Ask for material-selection advice rather than browsing alone, especially for areas such as powder rooms or kitchen splashbacks.
Check Discounts. For a large order, ask about the final price and discount policy upfront, as one 10,000 AED quote received no discount.

The Bottom Line
Tile King is a tile store in Al Quoz where you can browse a wide range of tiles for residential or commercial projects. Reviews specifically mention porcelain tiles, wall porcelain tiles, Zellige tiles and solid ivory tiles, with customers often praising the quality, designs and variety. That breadth can make selection easier, although one reviewer also found the choice slightly tricky because there were so many premium options.
The shop is also used for more than product sourcing. Customers describe guidance on choosing materials for a powder-room floor and kitchen splashback, plus delivery coordination for urgent requirements. Installation reviews mention bathroom refurbishment, a full townhouse tile layout and staircase work completed professionally.
Several orders arrived earlier than promised, and one pickup was ready on time for quick collection. Pricing feedback is mixed. Some customers call the prices competitive, while another said the tiles were expensive and received no discount on a 10,000 AED quote.
Service also appears uneven: many reviews describe responsive, knowledgeable assistance, but others mention staff attitude and a visit where nobody offered advice. Ask about discounts, delivery timing and available guidance before committing, particularly for a sizeable project.
