Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm pricing. Before treatment, confirm the offer, exact cleaning scope and final bill on WhatsApp or in writing; one advertised price differed at payment.
Ask about cleaning. If sensitivity is a concern, ask which cleaning method is suitable; reviews mention gentle GBT and careful adjustments during whitening and cleaning.
Check insurance. Bring your insurance details and ask the clinic to handle the process; reviewers found its insurance support efficient.
Use parking. For family appointments, allow for easy free parking outside or underground rather than searching nearby.
Call for urgency. If you have a sudden dental problem, call in the morning: one patient was seen the same day for a sensitive tooth.
Bring children. The clinic has a kids play area, and parents describe the paediatric experience as calm and welcoming.

The Bottom Line
True Smile Works Dental & Aesthetic Clinics in Dubai Festival City covers everyday dental care as well as more involved treatment. Reviews mention check-ups, plaque and tartar removal, GBT and AIRFLOW cleaning, teeth whitening, fillings, root canals and braces. The strongest recurring theme is reassurance: dentists explain what they are doing, take questions seriously and adjust their approach when patients are nervous or sensitive.
Cleaning and whitening are particular standouts. Patients describe GBT and AIRFLOW treatments as gentle but effective, while one whitening review reported a three-shade improvement. Cosmetic fillings on front teeth were praised for looking natural.
Root canal reviews also mention pain-free treatment, including one patient who fell asleep during the procedure. The clinic is repeatedly described as clean, modern and organised, with a relaxed atmosphere. Families have useful extras: a kids play area, paediatric care that helped anxious children, and free parking outside or underground.
Insurance handling is another practical plus. There is one important pricing caution. A customer expected a clean and polish to cost just under AED400 but was charged AED650; the clinic later refunded the difference after contact.
