“I ordered an 80 AED Caesar chicken wrap that is supposedly one of their famous items. With delivery, I ended up paying around 90 AED, so naturally I was expecting high quality food and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, the moment I opened the box, a strong rotten smell hit me immediately. I honestly don’t know whether it was the chicken or the lettuce, but something smelled completely off and spoiled. At first, I thought maybe I was mistaken because it’s hard to believe a 90 AED wrap could arrive in that condition. Then things got even worse. As soon as I tried to hold the wrap, it completely fell apart. The tortilla was soaking wet, almost like it had been dipped in water. The Caesar filling itself looked and smelled disgusting to the point where even talking about it now makes me feel sick. I immediately threw it in the trash because it was genuinely one of the most disgusting food experiences I’ve ever had.”
