Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm fitting. If travelling for bike fitting, confirm the machine is working and ask whether the service is available before leaving home.
Check stock. Call or message to reconfirm online availability, size and colour before making a trip; one buyer received no reply.
Inspect frames. Examine the frame before paying and agree in writing on any damage, discount or included items.
Clarify inclusions. Ask the salesperson to confirm what assembly, accessories and services are included in the purchase price.
Compare delivery. For online purchases, confirm the expected delivery date and logistics status first, as one order took 25 days.
Find the outlet. The shop is in Dragon Mart 2’s hall where the parking is, an area some visitors reportedly overlook.

The Bottom Line
Upten Bike is a bicycle store in International City worth considering if you want to compare several road, hybrid, mountain or children’s bikes in one visit. Reviews mention JAVA, Pardus, Cube and Lanq models, with buyers often focusing on quality, sensible pricing and help choosing a suitable size or setup. The practical side is a strong part of the shop’s appeal.
Customers describe bikes arriving assembled and ready to ride, while others received help with pedals, accessories, bar tape and minor adjustments. One reviewer said staff explained each component and advised against replacing parts that were still in good condition. The shop also carries branded accessories and apparel.
There are some reasons to slow down before paying. Reviews report mismatched website, shop and warehouse stock, unanswered messages, a 25-day online delivery delay and disagreements over extra charges or damaged frames. If you are travelling for bike fitting, confirm that the machine is working and check the service terms first.
For purchases, inspect the frame and clarify exactly what assembly, accessories and after-sales work are included. Online and in-store experiences appear uneven, so written confirmation is useful.
