Tips for a Better Visit
Request Photos. Ask for bouquet photos and a video before dispatch if you want to check the arrangement and card remotely.
Share Budget. Tell the florist your budget upfront; a review says an excellent bouquet was arranged around it.
Confirm Timing. For important occasions, confirm the delivery window early: one Valentine’s order was late before the owner intervened.
Clarify Substitutions. If your chosen flowers are unavailable, ask what will replace them; one customer appreciated clear communication about changes.
Check Freshness. Inspect flowers or plants on arrival and contact the shop promptly if they arrive damaged, brown or infested.

The Bottom Line
Valentino Flowers Business Central Towers is a florist in Al Sufouh where you can order bouquets, customized arrangements and gift combinations. Reviews particularly mention flower box arrangements with balloons, flowers and chocolates, and dramatic designs such as a large vase of stargazer lilies. The shop also handles remote orders, with customers using WhatsApp to discuss preferences, budgets and timing.
The strongest pattern is personalisation. Staff have arranged bouquets around a stated budget, adjusted details when asked and, in some cases, sent photos, a video and the handwritten card for approval before dispatch. Delivery is often reported as quick, with examples arriving in 30–40 minutes, around three hours or within the next 2–3 hours.
That makes it useful for last-minute surprises, although crucial occasion orders deserve a confirmed delivery window. Quality feedback is mostly positive: customers describe fresh, well-arranged flowers, stunning orchids and bouquets lasting over a week. There are exceptions.
Reviews mention flowers arriving not fresh, brown leaves, a lingering food-and-spice smell and a Bonsai Tree arriving sick and full of insects. If you are ordering a plant or sending flowers for a fixed-time event, check the condition and timing as soon as possible. Pricing can also vary by item; one reviewer questioned a single hydrangea priced at AED50.
