Velvety Couture

Velvety Couture was founded in 2009 by two sisters Fatima and Latifa Al Shammari. Their ambition to make a special imprint in the world of fashion was behind establishing Velvety. Our designs unique in terms of fabrics, colours mix and cuts that brings together the authentic middle eastern kaftan with the modern dress. We are working on designing some of our own fabrics that keep pace with international fashion trends. What distinguishes our designs is that it is possible for women to wear them on various occasions, such as attending festive gatherings or wedding occasions. “Velvety is where simplicity and luxury meet.”
