Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm Scope. For a nail trim or breed-specific grooming, confirm exactly what will be done before leaving your pet.
Ask Questions. Use the consultation to ask about treatment, nutrition or supplements; reviewers say explanations were detailed.
Check Reminders. Ask whether vaccination or deworming reminders can be arranged; one customer received follow-ups every three months.
Walk-In Option. A walk-in was welcomed in one review, but booking ahead may help avoid appointment confusion.
Allow Time. If bringing a stray or unwell animal, allow extra time: one visit with a kitten lasted over 90 minutes.

The Bottom Line
Vet in Town Clinic is a veterinary practice in Dubai Production City with a strong track record for everyday pet care. You can bring cats and dogs for annual vaccinations, check-ups, grooming, nail trims and treatment; reviews also mention municipality registration and post-operation follow-up. Grooming is one of the clearest strengths.
Customers describe careful work on matted coats, nervous puppies and lively dogs, with some pets staying calm during nail clipping. The clinic itself is repeatedly described as clean, spacious and well organised. For vaccinations, one review says two anxious cats were relaxed and finished their visit in about 30 minutes.
Pricing feedback is mostly favourable, with comments about reasonable rates, discounts and a reported 450 ADH full vaccinations package that included a free first check-up. Still, one customer found the clinic pricier than average, so it is worth confirming the total before treatment. There are two practical cautions.
A Shih Tzu owner said a long coat was cut during a nail-trim visit without consent, so confirm grooming instructions clearly. Another customer reported poor communication around a scheduled cat-grooming appointment. Most reviews describe friendly, professional care, but calling ahead and confirming the scope of the booking should make the visit smoother.
