Verify Deposit. Before paying a deposit, confirm the start date, arrival commitment and refund terms in writing; one reviewer says the crew never arrived after payment.
Check Preparation. Ask how humidity stains will be treated and how long the product must dry before painting over it.
Confirm Access. If your community requires permission, settle the company details and access paperwork before booking to reduce cancellation risk.
Confirm Colours. Agree the colour shades before work begins; one customer said the final colours matched their expectations exactly.
Set Cleanup. Ask the crew to protect surfaces and clean splatters afterward, a detail praised in one wall-finishing review.

The Bottom Line
Villa Painting Services is a painter serving homes and apartments, with the business based in Springs 11. Customers describe using it for villa repainting, apartment painting, office walls and individual rooms, so this is not limited to large villa projects. Interior work is the clearest recurring use, with reviews mentioning smooth walls, bright colours and clean edges.
The strongest pattern is finish quality when the job goes well. One customer found even coverage with no streaks or rushed work; others mention tiny splatters being cleaned up, quiet crews and no lingering paint smell. A one-bedroom-plus-study was reportedly completed by four workers within six hours, while a two-bedroom apartment was finished on time.
Those details are useful if you are planning around furniture, tenants or a tight handover. There is also a meaningful reliability warning. One reviewer says a down payment was followed by a no-show and unanswered calls, while another reports cancellation one day before the booking.
A separate complaint describes paint being applied over damp humidity treatment, leaving stains. Confirm the schedule, refund terms, access paperwork and wall-preparation method before paying. No review provides a clear, customer-reported service price, so request a detailed quote rather than relying on a headline estimate.
