Tips for a Better Visit
Compare Options. Ask the team to compare attraction packages and prices; one guest received help weighing different choices for Safari, Abu Dhabi and Burj Khalifa.
Try Last-Minute. If your plans shift, ask about availability rather than assuming it is too late: one customer booked a tour at the last minute.
Mention Children. Tell the agency if you are travelling with a baby or young child so the driver can plan for a more comfortable journey.
Check Rental Details. For a rental car, confirm the GPS and air-conditioning setup before setting out; both were specifically useful on a Ras Al Khaimah trip.
Plan Timings. Ask for suggested travel timings when arranging several stops; a reviewer said this helped improve the day’s flow.

The Bottom Line
Wadi Masafi Tourism is a Dubai tour agency in Al Barsha that helps visitors arrange experiences as well as the transport between them. Reviews mention desert safaris, Abu Dhabi city tours, Ferrari World tickets and private Dubai sightseeing, making it useful if you would rather coordinate several bookings through one team than piece them together yourself. The strongest pattern is the driving service.
Customers describe punctual pickups, safe and comfortable journeys, clean cars, and drivers who explain the history and attractions along the way. Private itineraries appear fairly adaptable: guests changed stops, reshuffled plans, arranged shopping suggestions and booked multi-day car service for places such as the Museum of the Future, Miracle Garden and Abu Dhabi. Families also have concrete reasons to consider it.
One Abu Dhabi day-tour review mentions travelling with a one-year-old baby and finding the driver patient and polite; another describes a guide keeping a child engaged during a Dubai tour. Reviews also mention quick responses, secure online payments and help comparing attraction options and prices. Several customers call the rates affordable or lower than online alternatives, but those comments are not a current price list.
If you are booking a busy itinerary, ask about timings, vehicle arrangements and what is included in each package before paying.
