The Bottom Line
White & Velvet at Dubai Hills Mall is a lighting and home-furnishings shop for shoppers looking beyond ordinary fixtures. Reviews mention chandeliers, lamps, light fittings and coffee tables, with one customer calling out the store’s alabaster pieces and another buying a console, lamp and armchair together. The useful difference is the amount of design guidance customers describe: staff took time to understand preferences and suggest pieces that suited a home’s style.
Service continues after the sale. Customers mention help with supply, installation and fixing lights, while another review describes delivery and assembly handled on a difficult timeline. A separate overseas order arrived with safe packing.
If you are buying a larger or more delicate piece, it is worth discussing delivery requirements and installation before completing the order. The collection is repeatedly described as elegant, curated and high quality, though one review explicitly notes that the quality justifies a premium price. Discounts do appear in the feedback, including on furniture and a newer collection, so ask what applies to your chosen item.
The Dubai Hills Estate branch is also described as clean and easy to browse, with a friendly, attentive team that customers return to for further purchases.
