What to Eat at Whites Castle How we choose these items We use AI to find praise and criticism of specific foods and drinks in a selection of Google reviews. For Whites Castle, this list is based on 50 reviews, not every review of the restaurant. The score is positive reviews minus negative reviews. For example, two positive reviews and one negative review give +1. Each review counts once per item; neutral comments do not change the score. A zero score is not a positive recommendation. “Only neutral feedback” means there are no positive or negative votes. “Mixed feedback” means equal numbers of positive and negative votes. The quotes are examples of what people said, not every comment we counted. We use different reviews where we can. We normally show up to 10 foods and 5 drinks with non-negative scores. Items with the same score stay together. If a tied group would go past the limit, that group and the lower non-negative scores go into Honorable mentions. If an overflowing positive top tie would leave the list empty, we show up to 10 items from that tie and keep the rest in Honorable mentions. Foods and drinks with a negative score are under What to Avoid. Use this as a guide to what reviewers liked, not a guarantee that you will like it too.

Tips for a Better Visit
Try Kabab. For a distinctly local-style order, consider the kabab crust pizza, which gives the dish a Desi twist.
Share Squares. The square special pizza is practical for sharing because it arrives in small, bite-sized squares.
Ask About Herbs. If you prefer an herby pizza, ask whether thyme or oregano can be added; one customer specifically wished for them.
Use Building Parking. For pickup, park in the same Al Madina Building; the review reports free building parking and a wheelchair-accessible route.
Look Carefully. The restaurant may not have a large roadside sign, so look for the corner building with a supermarket and another restaurant.
Check Delivery. For online orders, confirm the order and timing rather than assuming updates will arrive; several customers reported communication problems.

The Bottom Line
Whites Castle is a Dubai Silicon Oasis restaurant for Pakistani-style pizza, with a menu that gives familiar pizza a more creative, Desi direction. The kabab crust is the standout example: one customer described it as giving the pizza a “Desi touch”. Other reviews point to the square special pizza, Extreme Special and cheese sticks, while rolls, pasta and sandwiches broaden the order beyond pizza.
There is plenty to like when the kitchen is on form. Customers describe fresh, flavourful toppings, properly baked crusts and generous portions, and the square pizza’s bite-sized cuts make it convenient for sharing. Small pizzas have also worked for children’s birthday orders.
Pickup customers found the staff friendly and the location easy to reach once inside Al Madina Building, where free parking was reported. The main caution is inconsistency. Recent reviews include pizzas described as hard, cold or stale, a complaint about smelly cheese sticks, and a serious report of hair found in pizza twice.
Delivery feedback is mixed too, with reports of repeated mistakes, poor communication and cancellations after long waits. If ordering online, confirm the order and timing; for pickup, remember that the roadside signage may be easy to miss.
