The Bottom Line

Winners Cafeteria And Restaurant is a casual Oud Metha stop for Kerala and South Indian food, breakfast, snacks and inexpensive everyday meals. The most useful things to try are the parotta burger, beef roast, karak chai and, for breakfast, the Mangalore buns. Reviews also mention grilled chicken, shawerma and a wide menu, though quality is not consistent across visits.

The strongest praise is for flavour and value. One customer called the beef roast a delicacy, while another said the Mangalore buns tasted exactly like those in Mangalore. Several reviewers found the prices easy on the pocket, and the friendly service and tea earn repeat compliments.

It is a small, informal cafeteria rather than an upscale restaurant; outdoor seating may be more practical when indoor tables are limited. There are important cautions. Customers have reported pre-cooked parotas, questionable cleanliness, occasional lack of AC and long waits, including more than 30 minutes for fresh milk tea.

Burger feedback is particularly mixed, so it may be safer to ask what is recommended that day. Check the bill against the menu, and do not assume the place operates 24 hours. Overall, it suits a budget meal or quick Kerala-style bite if you can accept a less predictable experience.
