Yoga with Zee

I source inspiration for my teaching from my years of learning and dedication to Ashtanga Yoga. My classes tend to be strong - challenging students, however providing them with time and space to settle into the softness of practice as well. I thoroughly enjoy working with beginners and helping them grow their practices. I have experience teaching various styles of classes - including beginner-friendly Hatha, gentle and relaxing Yin yoga and of course traditional Ashtanga yoga classes as well.
