Tips for a Better Visit
Verify embassy. Before paying, check that the appointment is with the correct embassy and that the itinerary matches your plans.
Confirm timing. Get the processing start date and timeline in writing before booking flights; one customer relied on a four-day estimate and missed a flight.
Request updates. Ask how and when progress updates will be sent, especially for delayed applications, rather than waiting for messages.
Check documents. Review every form, itinerary and booking yourself before submission, even when the agency says the paperwork is ready.
Clarify refunds. Ask for the refund policy and conditions before handing over payment or original documents.

The Bottom Line
Zabeel Travel is a Deira agency for visa assistance and travel arrangements. The reviews most often describe Russian and Chinese visa applications, alongside UK, US, India and Tunisia visa help. Its self-described travel offering also covers Dubai tours, hotels and flights, although the customer feedback here focuses overwhelmingly on visas.
When the process works well, customers describe clear document guidance, patient answers and quick results. Russian visas were reportedly completed in one to four days in several cases, and one customer said a passport was collected from their doorstep and returned with the visa the next day. Another completed the process through seven or eight WhatsApp messages.
Those are useful conveniences if your paperwork is straightforward and timing is tight. The risks are significant enough to check everything yourself. Other reviewers reported applications being delayed or not started promptly, vague communication, incorrect embassy appointments, mismatched itineraries and refunds taking months.
One customer missed a flight after relying on a four-working-day timeline. Before paying, confirm the embassy, travel dates, document list, processing start date and refund terms in writing. Do not book non-refundable travel solely on an unverified estimate.
