Tips for a Better Visit
Buy in-store. For urgent releases or pre-orders, consider buying in person: reviews report missed deliveries and unresolved online orders.
Confirm stock. Before paying online, confirm that every item is actually in stock and ask how a delayed item affects the rest of your order.
Ask limits. For collectible releases or hardware, ask about per-customer limits and any required minimum purchase before joining a queue.
Check tags. Check the displayed price before payment, especially if a tag appears to have been removed or changed.
Check hours. If visiting late on a weekend, verify closing time first; one review says the branch closed before midnight.

The Bottom Line
ZGames - The Dubai Mall is a game store in Downtown Dubai with a broad mix of games, consoles, PC equipment, accessories and collectibles. Customers have found specific items such as the ROG Ally Extreme, PS VR 2 and PS5, while others used the shop for a PC purchase and home setup. It is also a place to ask for gift suggestions or reserve a desired game.
The in-store experience is often the stronger part of the picture. Reviews describe patient product explanations, helpful answers to detailed questions, competitive rates and warranty assistance even when a mouse was bought at another ZGames branch. Several customers found the selection wide and the staff knowledgeable, though experiences are not consistent.
Online ordering and pre-orders deserve caution. Reviews report orders delayed for months, items later declared out of stock, unanswered messages and a Resident Evil 9 pre-order missing its promised release-day delivery. In-store purchase rules have also caused disputes, including limits on Pokémon, Ascended Hero boxes and RAM.
Check stock, pricing and any purchase conditions before paying, and confirm weekend closing hours if visiting late.
