The Good Stuff

Customers report prompt replies, including when they called late at night about an active travel matter.
Reservation Changes
The agency has helped customers make changes to existing reservations, even when the adjustment required extra effort.
Baggage Support
Reviews specifically mention quick handling of baggage-related requests during travel.
Airport Assistance
One traveller was taken to a hotel rather than left at the airport during an eight-hour wait, then returned for the flight.
Clear Booking
The booking process was described as clear from the beginning through the end of the arrangement.
Reasonable Prices

Visa Help
A long-term customer says the agency can handle visa applications and entry approvals while they are abroad.
Tips for a Better Visit
Ask Follow-up. Ask whether your booking includes contact through arrival; one review describes support throughout both legs of the journey.
Discuss Layovers. For a long airport wait, ask whether a hotel transfer can be arranged instead of spending the full wait at the airport.
Check Baggage. If baggage assistance matters, ask how related requests will be handled before travelling.
Call After Hours. If an issue appears late at night, contact the agency; a traveller reported receiving a response and follow-up then.
Ask Visa Help. If your trip involves immigration paperwork, ask about visa applications and entry approvals before booking.

The Bottom Line
Zien Trip LLC Oprated By VIP Luxury Tour is a travel agency in Business Bay that handles flight bookings and broader travel arrangements, with a review-backed emphasis on personal follow-up. Customers describe clear booking communication, help changing reservations, and support that continues through the journey rather than ending at payment. The useful extras are practical.
Reviews mention swift handling of baggage-related requests, visa applications and entry approvals, and assistance while travellers are already abroad. One customer also said the agency arranged a hotel stop during an eight-hour airport wait, then took them back to the airport. That is worth asking about if your itinerary has a long layover.
Response speed is a recurring strength, including one late-night call that received a reply and follow-up. Prices are described as reasonable in several comments, though no specific fares or package amounts are provided, so request a current quote for your route. For a first booking, confirm what is included in the follow-up service, how reservation changes are handled, and whether baggage or airport assistance applies to your itinerary.
