Tips for a Better Visit
Request Photos. Ask for before-and-after photos; customers say they make the cleaning result easier to judge.
Request Reports. Confirm whether a detailed photo report is included, as one customer received it the next day.
Protect Furniture. Ask the team to cover furniture and surfaces before starting, especially in furnished apartments.
Clarify Duration. For a four-bedroom villa, allow several hours: one review says the scheduled job took five hours.

The Bottom Line
Awal Experts is an air duct cleaning service in Deira that handles AC duct cleaning, deep cleaning, filter cleaning and coil cleaning. Reviews describe teams removing vents, cleaning hidden parts and, in one case, dismantling blower motors and coils for a full chemical clean. That makes it more suitable for a neglected or dusty system than a quick wipe-down.
The practical details are a strong part of the experience. Technicians usually cover furniture and surrounding surfaces, sometimes wear protective overshoes, and clean up dust or water before leaving. Customers also commonly mention before-and-after photos, while some received a detailed report afterwards; one report was 17 pages long.
Several reviewers noticed fresher air, less unpleasant duct smell or improved airflow after the work. This is not necessarily the cheapest option. One customer called it “a bit on the expensive side,” while another described the pricing as reasonable for the quality.
For larger properties, plan around the quoted time: a four-bedroom villa took five hours, while a one-hour appointment was reported for another job. If you need a weekend slot close to a holiday, book ahead. Water tank cleaning is also mentioned as an additional service, but the reviews focus overwhelmingly on AC work.
