The Good Stuff
Clean Work
Teams cover furniture and leave homes clean, making the process less disruptive than customers expect.
Visual Reports
Before-and-after photos, videos and completion reports help show what was cleaned.
Mold Containment
One mold-cleaning review specifically mentions containment and HEPA vacuums with no mess spreading through the house.
Airflow Follow-up
A customer says the company returned to fix a small airflow issue without charging extra.
Odor Removal
The company handled post-fire office cleaning and odor removal, completing that remediation project within one week.
Clear Explanations
Several reviews say technicians explained the cleaning process and offered advice for keeping the AC healthy.
Tips for a Better Visit
Request Photos. Ask for before-and-after photos or a completion report so you can compare the ductwork before and after cleaning.
Protect Furniture. Confirm that furniture and rooms will be covered before work begins, especially for a dusty deep clean.
Allow Time. Plan for several hours rather than a quick visit; one home duct cleaning took about four to five hours.
Check Mold Source. If booking mold treatment, ask what is causing it and how follow-up is handled, since one customer reported recurrence after three months.
Discuss Odors. If odor removal is your main reason for booking, mention any remaining smell during the follow-up rather than assuming it has fully gone.

The Bottom Line
Biosweep Middle East is an AC duct cleaning service in Al Garhoud for homes, villas and offices. You can book deep AC duct cleaning, mold disinfection, odor removal and broader deep-cleaning work. Reviews repeatedly describe teams covering furniture, cleaning grills and filters, and leaving apartments or villas tidy rather than dusty.
The useful extra here is the documentation. Customers mention before-and-after photos, videos and post-service reports, while technicians are often described as explaining each step. One mold-cleaning job used containment and HEPA vacuums; a separate office project after a fire combined AC deep cleaning with odor removal and was completed within a week.
Several customers also noticed fresher air, less dust or better AC performance afterwards. Allow time for the work: one duct-cleaning visit took around four to five hours. Ask in advance for the visual report and clarify how any mold source will be addressed, not just the visible growth.
That matters because one customer said bathroom mold returned after three months and felt the aftercare did not provide a lasting solution. Another still noticed a small amount of unpleasant odor after treatment. The overall review picture is strongly positive, but mold and odor jobs are worth discussing in detail before booking.
