The Good Stuff
Informed Guides
Guides add historical and cultural context, explaining Dubai and Abu Dhabi sights clearly rather than simply moving groups between stops.
Desert Safari
The desert safari is a standout, including a memorable Land Cruiser drive over the dunes and an engaging guide-driver experience.
Family Flexibility
The team accommodated special requests for a family travelling with a toddler and kept responding during delays.
Clean Vehicles
One family reported receiving a neat, clean and spacious airport-transfer vehicle that handled substantial luggage comfortably.
Daily Updates
Some packages include a WhatsApp group with the next day's schedule, excursion tickets and driver details sent in advance.
Tips for a Better Visit
Request Updates. Ask whether your package includes next-day WhatsApp updates with the schedule, tickets and driver contact details.
Mention Toddlers. Tell the agency about young children and any transfer needs before booking; one family had special requests accommodated.
Clarify Language. Confirm how driver-guide communication will work if clear explanations matter, as one visitor reported a communication barrier.
Check Luggage. If arriving with lots of luggage, ask for a spacious transfer vehicle; one family specifically valued this arrangement.
Allow Time. For multi-stop tours, check the itinerary and flexibility in advance; one group took longer at sights but still completed the trip.

The Bottom Line
Best Value Tourism is a Dubai travel agency in Al Raffa that arranges full holiday programmes rather than just one excursion. Reviews mention desert safaris, Dubai sightseeing, Abu Dhabi day trips and airport transfers, so it suits travellers who want transport, guides and daily activities coordinated together. The strongest pattern is dependable logistics.
Visitors repeatedly describe drivers arriving on time, airport pick-ups running smoothly and daily plans being well organised. One family received a clean, spacious vehicle that made handling lots of luggage easier, while another travelling with a toddler said special requests were accommodated. Some packages also use a WhatsApp group to send the next day’s schedule, excursion tickets and driver details.
Guiding is another clear strength. Reviews describe explanations of UAE history, local culture and city landmarks, with the desert safari and Land Cruiser dune drive standing out as memorable parts of trips. A Marina Dhow Cruise is also praised for its food, music and overall experience, while other bookings included attractions such as the Dolphin Show and Burj Khalifa.
The main caution is communication: one visitor noticed a language barrier with certain drivers and asked for clearer communication. Confirm your itinerary, vehicle needs and driver contact arrangements before setting off.
