Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm timing. Get the return day and time clearly confirmed before handing over clothes; reviews describe promised dates changing.
Inspect garments. Check items at collection, especially valuable clothing: one reviewer reported a damaged t-shirt and advised inspecting on site.
Keep receipts. Retain payment proof and check the order history before paying again, given a reported duplicate-payment dispute.
Confirm pickup. If arranging collection on WhatsApp, reconfirm with the shop because one request was acknowledged online but the pickup never happened.
Ask express. For urgent clothes, ask whether express service is available for your order; one customer used it for an emergency.

The Bottom Line
Bubbles Laundry & Dry Cleaning is a Dubai Silicon Oasis option for washing, dry cleaning and ironing, with pickup and drop-off available. Customers commonly mention clothes arriving clean, neatly pressed and well packed; one regular user even says a previously disappointing jacket came back looking like new. Rug cleaning is another useful service beyond routine clothing care.
Pricing is described as reasonable, and one review gives a concrete example: 3aed/pc for washing formal shirts and pants. Customers also mention white-shirt starching and express service for emergencies, so those are worth asking about when you place an order. Doorstep collection and delivery can make the service handy for nearby communities, including Liwan.
The main caution is consistency. While many long-term customers report reliable, on-time deliveries, others describe two-day promises stretching beyond three days or delivery dates changing without clear notice. Communication can be difficult when WhatsApp and shop staff are not aligned.
There are also serious reports of damaged suits and other garments, lost items, and payment-tracking disputes. Confirm the promised return time, keep your receipt, and inspect clothes at collection—particularly suits, delicate fabrics or anything valuable. Express availability should be confirmed rather than assumed.
