Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm pickup. Confirm collection shortly before leaving clothes out; one booked pickup by 5:30pm did not happen and calls went unanswered.
Check pricing. Ask for the current price before handing items over, as one reviewer reported different charges each week.
Count items. Write down every item at handover and check the returned bundle immediately, especially if one garment is important.
Inspect garments. Inspect delicate or expensive clothing on delivery; a reviewer said an expensive white shirt was torn.
Check stains. For bedding or comforters, inspect the cleaning before accepting delivery because one customer reported unchanged bedsheet stains.

The Bottom Line
Eagles Laundry Dubai Silicone Oasis is a laundry and dry-cleaning shop in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Customers use it for everyday washing, wash and fold, wash and press, and steam ironing; reviews also mention shoe cleaning and carpet cleaning. The strongest specific feedback includes white shoes looking clean again, carpet described as fresh and soft, and clothes returned without a change in texture.
There is also positive feedback about careful handling of delicate clothes, fast service and pickup-and-drop convenience. One customer uses a monthly laundry service, while others describe the wash-and-press service as good value. Those points make the shop worth considering for routine clothing care or a particular add-on such as steam ironing.
The caution is consistency. Several reviews describe missed or late pickups, unanswered calls, changing prices, incorrect billing and missing garments. One customer was still waiting four days for a white T-shirt; another said an expensive white shirt was torn.
A separate review reported bedsheets returned with the same stains. Confirm the price, collection time and item count in writing if possible, and inspect everything on return—especially valuable clothing and bedding. The review record is mixed rather than uniformly reassuring.
