The Good Stuff
Fast delivery

Helpful updates
Customer support has helped with urgent orders, delivery problems and rider-location updates, including for overseas customers.
Easy ordering
The website is described as easy to navigate, with simple scheduling and WhatsApp help during the ordering process.
Gift combos
Customers order flowers alongside cakes, chocolates, balloons, cards and other gifts for birthdays and anniversaries.
Late delivery
Reviews mention 24/7 availability and successful flower orders arriving around midnight or as late as 3 AM.
Tips for a Better Visit
Check addresses. Recheck the delivery address before paying and confirm it through support, as one customer said the system failed to update it.
Allow buffer. For time-sensitive gifts, leave extra time rather than relying on the exact slot; one order arrived hours after its window.
Confirm photos. If the arrangement must match the website image, ask for a pre-delivery photo and confirm that request explicitly.
Use WhatsApp. For overseas or complicated orders, use WhatsApp while ordering so your instructions and delivery details are discussed clearly.
Check cake design. If ordering a cake, clarify the expected finish and size because one customer found the delivered cake unlike its website photo.
Request updates. For urgent deliveries, ask support for rider updates; customers have found location tracking useful when timing mattered.

The Bottom Line
Buy Any Flowers Dubai is an online florist in Al Quoz focused on delivered gifts rather than a traditional browse-and-buy visit. You can order bouquets such as roses, tulips or orchids, then add a cake, chocolates, balloons or a personalised card. Reviews also mention 60-minute delivery, scheduled same-day orders and late-night service, making it useful for birthdays, anniversaries and overseas surprises.
Flower quality is the strongest recurring theme: customers describe bouquets as fresh, premium-looking, carefully arranged and sometimes better than the online photos. Cakes are also often praised, including chocolate, blueberry and banana cakes, although the visual match is not always dependable. One reviewer received a cake that looked “absolutely nothing like” the website image, and another found flowers already dying after two days.
Communication can be excellent when an order is running smoothly, with WhatsApp assistance and rider-location updates mentioned by customers ordering from Jordan and Turkey. Still, address updating and delivery coordination have caused serious problems, including a cake arriving at 22:11 after a 14:00–16:00 slot and another order delayed by more than 45 minutes. Recheck the address, confirm special instructions and leave a time buffer for important occasions.
One review reports a standard delivery charge of 19 aed/-.
