Tips for a Better Visit
Request Samples. Ask for the home-service sample visit so you can compare fabrics and colours in the actual room before choosing.
Ask About Cleaning. If you are moving, ask whether your existing curtains can be dry-cleaned, repaired and refitted rather than replaced.
Consider Blinds. If curtains are not the right fit, ask about roller blinds; one home installation was described as fast and fairly priced.
Compare Fabrics. Take time to review the range of fabrics and ask for guidance, especially when choosing for several rooms.

The Bottom Line
Curtains n Blind Expert in International City makes custom curtains and blinds through a home-service process. Customers describe staff bringing fabric samples, measuring at home, tailoring the order and returning to install it. Floor-to-ceiling curtains, blackout and sheer curtains, and roller blinds all appear in the reviews, so it is useful whether you are furnishing an apartment, a house or several rooms.
Speed is a consistent strength. One customer received a quote within an hour of measurement and had installation two days later; another had curtains installed within three working days. A separate order covering five rooms was completed in three business days.
That said, these are customer-reported timeframes rather than a guaranteed schedule, so confirm yours when ordering. The installation feedback is unusually specific: installers measured accurately, secured the brackets and left the curtains hanging neatly, while another team fitted floor-to-ceiling curtains in a bedroom and living area in about an hour. Reviews also mention clean, tidy work and advice on fabric and colour choices.
There is useful aftercare too. Customers have used the business for seasonal curtain dry cleaning, repairs to torn curtains and additional window curtains. Prices are repeatedly described as reasonable or competitive, although no actual amounts are provided in the reviews.
