Tips for a Better Visit
Protect Valuables. For expensive clothing, shoes or delicate materials, consider another provider or clarify damage and compensation terms first.
Confirm Timing. Call before visiting, especially between 2 and 4, because one customer found the shop closed and received no answer.
Check Inventory. Count and inspect every item at collection; reviews include missing abayas, clothes and a polo.
Confirm Stains. If you are sending an item for stain removal, ask what can realistically be removed before authorising repeated attempts.
Book Express. For urgent work, ask about same-day service: one customer received a suit, dress and scarf back within three hours.

The Bottom Line
Eastern Rose Laundry is a dry-cleaning and laundry service in Al Quoz. Customers use it for everyday laundry, dry cleaning, pickup and delivery, and urgent same-day work. The clearest success story is a suit, dress and scarf collected and returned in tip-top condition within three hours.
Other reviews mention fresh-smelling clothes and sheets, clean finishing, and a professional delivery executive. That said, the record is uneven where valuable items are involved. Customers report a damaged expensive dress, ruined Zegna suede shoes, and clothes that never came back, including an abaya and other garments.
One long-term customer says repeated stain-removal attempts failed while each attempt was billed. These are not minor caveats if you are sending designer clothing, delicate fabrics or costly footwear. Pricing is also described as high, although one reviewer felt the extra cost was worthwhile for express service.
Timing deserves a quick check before you go: a customer found the shop closed during the stated 2-to-4 break, while others described delays of several days or collection waits. Call ahead for urgent orders, confirm the break timing, and count and inspect every item at collection. For ordinary laundry or a carefully confirmed express order, the service may be worth considering; for irreplaceable pieces, the reviews suggest caution.
