Tips for a Better Visit
Ask questions. Ask the team to explain the cleaning process; one AC customer specifically valued that walkthrough before completion.
Confirm timing. Confirm the appointment window and site coordination in advance, especially for an office where disruption matters.
Check urgency. If the AC problem is urgent, ask about same-day availability; one customer had the issue resolved that day.
Request advice. Ask what preventive steps you can take after the service, since technicians have shared ways to avoid future issues.
Confirm permits. Check building access and work permits before booking; one crew had to return because a permit was not issued.

The Bottom Line
EPSCO LLC is listed as an air duct cleaning service in Dubai Industrial City, and the reviews show a wider cleaning and maintenance operation. The clearest fit is AC duct cleaning: customers describe thorough work, improved air freshness or cooling, and technicians who explain what they found before leaving the area clean. There is also evidence of grease-trap cleaning, including a customer whose site is serviced twice a month, plus deep-clean swimming-pool work and mattress cleaning.
Reviews from offices mention equipment for high-level external and internal work, safety procedures, clear communication and minimal disruption, which matters if the job is being arranged around working hours. Response and coordination are recurring strengths. One urgent AC problem was resolved the same day, while another customer reported a four-hour job completed cleanly with no mess.
Preventive-maintenance advice is another useful touch: technicians have explained ways to avoid future breakdowns rather than simply finishing the immediate task. Before booking, confirm building access and permits. One team had to return because a work permit had not been issued, so that detail is worth settling in advance.
