Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm substitutions. If the exact flower matters, ask before dispatch whether substitutions are possible; one tulip order arrived as pink roses.
Reconfirm timing. For an occasion with a fixed schedule, reconfirm the delivery window on the day because one 1:00–5:00 PM slot arrived at 7:30 PM.
Check add-ons. If you pay for a printed photo, verify it is included before delivery; one customer reported the photo was missing.
Ask about freshness. For roses, ask how open they are on delivery: one bunch of 51 lasted only three days under proper care.
Try walk-ins. For a last-minute purchase, consider visiting in person; a review says the shop accepts rush orders and walk-ins.
Check extras. If you are building a gift, ask about helium balloons as well as flowers; the shop also fills customers' own balloons.

Flower Street Gifts Trading LLC is a florist in Al Satwa with a strong track record for fresh flowers, affordable bouquets and friendly assistance. You can buy roses, request a custom flower arrangement, or choose a ready-made bouquet; one customer said a graduation arrangement was made exactly as requested. Several customers found the pricing fair, including one who considered the roses more affordable than other Dubai flower shops. Delivery is the area to handle carefully. Some online orders arrived within the promised window, but other customers reported an order arriving at 7:30 PM after a 1:00–5:00 PM slot, an order that never arrived, or replacement flowers in a different colour and type.
Confirm the exact flowers, delivery timing and paid extras such as a printed photo before the order goes out. If vase life matters, ask how open the roses are: one bunch of 51 red roses lasted only three days under proper care.
