Our original Italian pizza dough is prepared according to Grandma’s traditional recipe using special flour – completely free from additives, with only a minimal amount of yeast and a 72-hour fermentation time. The result: a particularly light, aromatic, and easy-to-digest dough. Every pizza is truly handmade, freshly stretched and topped with care. Baked on stone at nearly 400 °C, it develops its unmistakable flavor. Not always perfectly round, but always uniquely delicious – real handmade pizza, just like in Italy. 🍕
