The Bottom Line
Gold Star Rent A Car LLC is a car rental agency in Al Qusais for visitors or residents who want a straightforward rental, with reviews often focusing on clean vehicles and helpful service. Customers have rented everyday cars as well as a Toyota Raize and an MG car, and one reviewer said the available choice could be matched to both price and comfort. The booking process sounds quick in at least one detailed account: the paperwork took minimal time, delivery was neat and clean, and the return was smooth.
Another longer-term renter said the MG car was followed up for regular servicing, which is a useful detail if you need a vehicle beyond a single day. One review also describes the agency as close to the airport and having a variety of vehicles. There are a couple of cautions.
A 2022 customer was unhappy with the car’s quality and said its tire condition was not checked at handover, so inspect the vehicle carefully before leaving. Service feedback is overwhelmingly favourable but not spotless, with isolated reviews calling it very bad. Ask about weekend offers, clarify the rental terms, and confirm return arrangements if you need Sunday flexibility.
