Tips for a Better Visit
Ask guidance. If you are new to hookah, ask for help with the head, tobacco choice and filling method; a review says this advice improved the setup.
Check online. Compare the online range and discounts before buying: one reviewer found more hookah models and better discounts online.
Plan parking. Allow extra time for parking because one visitor found the area crowded and could not find a space.
Avoid closing time. Do not rely on a last-minute visit; one customer arrived at 22:45 and found the door locked before the stated 23:00 closing time.
Check brands. If you need a specific tobacco, check availability first: one customer had to source DarkSide from another reseller.

The Bottom Line
Hookah Market Business Bay is geared towards shoppers who want to compare hookahs, shisha tobacco and accessories in person. Reviews mention Russian devices such as Alpha, NaGrani, Mattpear, Nagrani and Hype, along with flavours from Adalya and darker tobacco brands including BlackBurn and MustHave. That makes the shop useful for both a first setup and a more specialised refill.
The strongest reason to visit is the product guidance. Customers describe clear explanations of hookah choices, heads and tobacco filling, while another reviewer appreciated the time spent selecting gifts. The selection is generally described as broad, and CocoLoco charcoals are mentioned as difficult to find elsewhere.
Some staff members are also reported to speak Russian, and delivery is available; one review says it is free the same day for orders over 600 AED. There are practical cautions. Business Bay parking can be difficult when the area is crowded, and one customer found prices better online, with more models available there.
Stock is not universal: DarkSide was sourced elsewhere by one reviewer, and another raised concerns about non-original glasses. Avoid arriving right at closing time after a report of a locked door at 22:45 despite a 23:00 closing time.
