Ask to source. If an item is missing, ask whether the team can arrange it through its factory network.
Request advice. If you are unsure between products, ask the team to explain the differences before ordering.
Check delivery. For urgent work, confirm delivery timing when ordering; one customer received materials the same day.
Consider cleaning. For post-renovation work, ask about the cleaning material and floor grout cleaner mentioned by customers.
Plan ahead. For a custom item such as a balcony plant stand, discuss your requirements so the team can arrange fabrication.
Confirm quality. Inspect or confirm specifications before purchase, given one reviewer's direct complaint about low-quality goods.

The Bottom Line
Impex Global Building Materials Trading LLC is a building materials supplier in Al Quoz with the practical appeal of a one-stop warehouse. Reviews say shoppers can find tools, paints, flooring and wall materials together, while construction customers can also source cement, roofing and hardware. That breadth is useful when a project needs several categories at once rather than another trip to a different supplier.
The store is also mentioned for floor grout cleaner and general cleaning material suited to newly constructed, renovated or periodically deep-cleaned buildings. It has handled less standard requests too: one customer wanted a balcony plant stand and had a customized version arranged using materials available in-store. If an item is not on the shelf, ask about sourcing it through the company’s manufacturer and factory network; a review says non-stock goods can sometimes be arranged within a short time.
Service is a strong theme, with customers describing helpful product advice, responsive communication and timely delivery, including one same-day order. Pricing is repeatedly described as competitive, but no verifiable currency prices are given. One dated review reported low-quality goods and poor customer treatment, so it is sensible to confirm specifications and inspect materials before committing to a larger order.
Convenient timings are also mentioned, though exact hours are not provided.
