The Bottom Line
Jadhaab Laundry in Al Satwa handles regular laundry, dry cleaning and ironing, with pickup and delivery for homes and hotels. The recurring strength in reviews is dependable turnaround: clothes come back neatly packed or folded, freshly cleaned and pressed, often on time or earlier than promised. That makes it useful when you need routine laundry without a shop visit.
Ironing is a clear speciality, with one customer saying a home pickup was returned ironed within one hour. Reviews also mention suits being clean and nicely pressed, trainers looking brand new, and a carpet receiving the careful cleaning it had not received elsewhere. Stubborn stains were reportedly removed, including oil from a garment that two other laundries had failed to clean.
Communication and collection are another reason people return. One hotel guest had clothes picked up within minutes of ordering and received them a day earlier than expected; another specifically praised WhatsApp responsiveness and door-to-door dry-cleaning pickup. Hotel guests on Sheikh Zayed Road also reported direct hotel delivery, presenting an alternative to expensive hotel laundry.
Prices are described as reasonable, competitive or cheap in individual reviews, but no current rates are provided. The one caution is quality control: a long-term customer reported a missing shirt button, though an extra button was available. Check garments when collecting.
