Tips for a Better Visit
Ask about extras. For birthdays, check which add-ons cost extra: face painting, tattoo making and slime making were charged separately.
Plan timing. If supervision matters, ask about staffing before visiting on weekends, during busy times or for a celebration.
Discuss themes. When booking a party, ask what themed decorations can be arranged; one family had a Barbie setup prepared by the venue.
Check party food. Food was reported as hot and on time, while another party review specifically praised the pizza, so ask about the menu when booking.
Ask about vouchers. A visitor received a 19.00 AED cafe voucher, so it may be worth checking whether a current promotion applies.

The Bottom Line
Jump Boxx in Mirdif is built around energetic indoor play, with trampoline zones that reviewers say kept children jumping, running and laughing. It also has a strong birthday-party focus: families describe organised celebrations with themed decorations, party hosts, games and activities such as slime making. The venue is mentioned as suitable for children and adults, so parents can join the fun rather than simply wait on the sidelines.
Cleanliness and safety come up repeatedly, along with well-maintained trampolines and a spacious celebration area. Party planning is another clear strength in the reviews; several parents said staff handled setup, scheduling and keeping children engaged, making the event easier to manage. Food feedback is generally positive, including hot service on time and a specific mention of good pizza.
There are some cautions. One parent felt each play area needed more staff during weekends, busy periods and celebrations, and described an employee shouting at a child near the transparent balloon play area. Ask about supervision and the party inclusions before booking, especially because face painting, tattoo making and slime making may be charged separately.
00 AED cafe voucher, though neither should be assumed current.
