Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm delivery. Confirm the delivery estimate before relying on it; one customer waited three hours for medicine.
Ask for sourcing. If your medicine is unavailable, ask whether the team can arrange it from another store.
Use WhatsApp. Try WhatsApp for orders if you prefer messaging; a reviewer said replies came immediately.
Compare supplements. Compare supplement prices before buying; one review reported a much lower total elsewhere.
Check directions. Look closely at medicine directions, since one customer said price labels obscured the instructions.
Call ahead. For a late-night order, call ahead or use another contact route rather than assuming the phone will be answered.

The Bottom Line
LIFE Pharmacy - New Salahaldin is a convenient retail pharmacy in Dubai Silicon Oasis for everyday medicines, supplements and baby formula, with delivery and WhatsApp ordering also mentioned by customers. The strongest recurring theme is helpful service: reviewers describe staff assisting with medicine requirements, processing insurance quickly and sourcing out-of-stock medication from other stores. The branch is described as open 24/7, and some customers report fast, on-time delivery, including an urgent order needed at 3 am.
That said, delivery is the main reason to be cautious. 5 to 3 hours, repeated follow-ups and, in one case, a wrong medicine being delivered before the correct one. The night phone line has also gone unanswered for a baby-formula order despite the stated 24-hour opening.
The shop itself has been called small or tight. Check prices and medicine directions carefully: one customer said labels obscured instructions, while another reported checkout prices differing from displayed prices. Supplement pricing may also repay a comparison; a review put five items at around 540 AED versus 345 AED on iHerb including tax and customs.
For urgent orders, confirm availability and delivery timing first.
