Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm pricing. Ask for the full car-key price in writing before work starts; one quote shifted from 300dhs to 150dhs.
Get receipts. For larger lock jobs, request a proper numbered invoice and product details before paying.
Check completion. For key duplication, confirm the job is finished before leaving rather than relying on a return time.
Inspect watches. Check the watch case and links immediately after battery or bracelet work, as one customer reported scratches.
Use parking. The mall location has free parking, which is handy for quick shoe or key jobs.
Verify files. If scanning documents, stay until the files are sent and opened, especially when the documents are urgent.

The Bottom Line
Lock Smith Key Duplicators is a mall-based repair counter in Dubai Silicon Oasis where you can copy household keys, cut and program car keys, replace car-key batteries, adjust watches and bracelets, and handle small shoe or belt repairs. Reviews make the car-key service a standout: one customer had a key cut and programmed at home in 15 minutes, while another was in and out after a car-key battery change in under two minutes. The range goes beyond locksmith work.
Customers report shoe heels changed in 30 minutes, extra belt holes punched neatly, sunglasses fixed in under a minute, and printing completed quickly, including short-notice T-shirt printing. The mall setting also brings free parking, useful for brief repair visits. There are some reasons to be careful with anything valuable or time-sensitive.
One key duplication was not started after the customer returned from a 30-minute break, and a document-scanning customer said urgent files were never sent. Other reviews raise concerns about scratched watch cases, missing PlayStation parts and screws after cleaning, and changing car-key quotes. Ask for a written price and proper receipt, inspect repaired items before leaving, and confirm digital files are actually delivered.
