Customers describe careful cat grooming, including a well-shaped trim for a Siberian long-haired cat.
Home pickup
The pickup-and-return van makes grooming easier for owners who prefer not to transport their pets.
Holiday visits
For two cats staying at home, visits included feeding, litter-box cleaning, and photos and videos after each visit.
On-time service
One customer booked a one-hour appointment and said the grooming finished exactly on schedule.
Pet supplies
The shop is also used for a broad selection of pet food and products alongside grooming.
Clean salon
A first-time cat visitor specifically found the place very clean while observing how her pet was treated.
Tips for a Better Visit
Ask shampoo. If your pet is scent-sensitive, ask which shampoo will be used or whether you can provide your own.
Request pickup. Ask about pickup and return if transporting your pet is inconvenient; reviews mention a grooming van and pick-and-drop service.
Try beforehand. For in-home holiday care, arrange a trial first so your cats can meet the person caring for them.
Confirm timing. If you need a quick appointment, confirm the expected duration; one customer booked one hour and received the pet on schedule.
Explain haircut. Give clear grooming instructions, especially for long-haired cats; a customer said her requested shape was followed.

The Bottom Line
Luxury Pets Grooming in Dubai Sports City is a pet store with a strong focus on grooming cats and dogs. You can book a full groom, ask for a breed- or coat-specific trim such as a lion cut or a shaped trim for a Siberian long-haired cat, and shop for pet food and supplies at the same time. The clearest strength in the reviews is patient handling.
Nervous dogs, cats having their first groom, and pets with previous grooming trauma were described as being handled gently, with some returning home calm and relaxed. Pickup and return are also available, including a van service that came to one customer’s house. A separate review describes twice-daily home visits for two cats during an 11-day holiday, with feeding, litter-box cleaning, and photos and videos after each visit.
Pricing is repeatedly described as reasonable, and one dated review mentions 100dhs for the service. For a first visit, explain the haircut you want and ask about the shampoo: one cat owner specifically flagged that it is scented, while another said they would provide their own shampoo. One visitor also raised concerns about bright evening lighting around birds in the shop.
