The Good Stuff
Fast delivery
Several reviews describe next-day delivery, including an order placed at 9pm and delivered by lunchtime the following day.
Long-term comfort
Customers report mattresses remaining comfortable and supportive for 10 to 12 years, including after repeated purchases.
Frame checks
One customer says the team delivered a 180 × 200 mattress and confirmed it fitted the existing bed frame before payment.
Remote ordering
Pillows can be ordered through WhatsApp, with a payment link and next-day delivery reported by one customer.
Tips for a Better Visit
Test firmness. Lie on the mattress for long enough before buying; one customer chose a soft model and later found a firmer one suited them better.
Check dimensions. Bring your bed-frame measurements and confirm the mattress fits; a review specifically mentions the 180 × 200 size.
Ask about warmth. If you sleep hot, ask about the mattress contents and thermoregulating fabric before deciding.
Consider medical advice. If back or neck problems influence your choice, one reviewer recommends consulting your doctor before selecting a mattress.
Use WhatsApp. For a pillow order, WhatsApp was reported as a smooth route with easy payment and next-day delivery.
Allow for testing. The showroom has enough parking opposite the shopping centre, making an in-person mattress trial practical.

The Bottom Line
Magniflex Mattress Dubai is a mattress showroom in Al Wasl where you can try different models, compare firmness and buy mattresses or pillows. Reviews repeatedly describe patient explanations of the technology and support differences, which matters here because comfort is personal: one customer changed from a soft mattress to a firmer Magnistretch 9 after testing again. The named models most often discussed include the Magnistretch 9, Magnigel, Dolce Vita Mattress, Massagio Deluxe and Duo mattress.
Couples may appreciate the Magnigel’s separate sides, with one partner choosing firm support and the other softer comfort. Customers also mention pillows, including gel and Magnigel options, for different neck-support needs. Delivery is a strong practical point.
Reviews describe next-day service, a mattress ordered at 9pm arriving by lunchtime, and one pillow sent after a WhatsApp order. A customer also reported delivery checks to ensure a 180 × 200 mattress fitted the bed frame. Parking was described as available opposite the shopping centre.
There are two cautions. The products are described as high-end, and one review says those prices rose 30% between 2018 and the review date. Another reports firmness loss and sinking in two mattresses, with a difficult warranty discussion.
Test carefully, check dimensions and ask about the relevant warranty terms before paying.
