The Good Stuff
Quality linens
Bed linen is a major strength: one customer said the sheets stayed as good as new after many washes, while others praised the fabrics and comfort.
Adjustable comfort
The Quatro Comfort mattress has adjustable hardness, giving shoppers a way to fine-tune firmness rather than settle for one fixed feel.
Careful installation
Installation and delivery teams are repeatedly described as punctual, clean and detail-focused, with one team leaving the home spotless.
Design help
Reviews describe helpful guidance when choosing bedroom designs, fabrics, pillows and cushion colours, without staff being pushy.
Broad choice
The showroom gives customers room to compare different styles, colours and bedroom pieces in one setting.
Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm measurements. If you are buying mattresses for existing custom beds, confirm the measurement and home-visit policy before paying an advance.
Test firmness. Ask to compare mattress firmness, especially if the adjustable-hardness Quatro Comfort option suits your needs.
Discuss installation. For a bed or headboard order, ask about installation details; reviews highlight clean, careful fitting and quick issue resolution.
Budget carefully. Plan for a premium spend: customers say the bedding is not cheap, although some felt the durability and comfort justified it.

Common Concerns
Measurement policy
One customer seeking mattresses for five existing custom-made beds was told that an in-home measurement visit required buying the beds from the store too.

The Bottom Line
MEROË - The Bed Boutique in Al Barsha is aimed at shoppers putting together a complete bedroom rather than simply picking up a basic bed. Customers mention custom-made beds and headboards, mattresses, bed linen and bedroom furniture, with the showroom helping them compare designs, colours and fabrics. The Quatro Comfort mattress is a notable option because its hardness can be adjusted.
Quality is the consistent theme in the reviews. Bed linen is described as comfortable and durable enough to remain in excellent condition after repeated washing, while custom beds receive praise for their finish and, in one case, arriving earlier than planned. Installation is another strong point: delivery teams are described as punctual and clean, and one review says the home was left spotless after the work.
The service is generally attentive, with customers describing useful help selecting cushions, pillows and bedroom designs without feeling pressured. There is one important caveat for anyone who already owns custom-made beds: a customer seeking mattresses for five beds said an in-home measurement visit was refused unless the beds were also purchased from the store. Confirm that policy before paying an advance.
Prices are described as premium, though some reviewers considered the quality worth it.
