Check stock. For school-event or last-minute purchases, ask the store to confirm availability before you travel.
Expect loose balloons. If ordering delivery, plan to inflate the balloons yourself or confirm whether inflation is available before placing the order.
Recheck prices. Keep the WhatsApp quote and confirm the collection price before paying, as one customer reported a higher charge in-store.
Check labels. Look at shelf labels before billing; one review says some items did not have prices clearly marked.
Plan parking. Allow for parking arrangements around the shop: reviews mention paid parking at the front, free basement parking and ample RTA parking nearby.
Confirm closing. If collecting close to closing time, reconfirm the store’s hours; one customer arrived three minutes after the expected time and found it closed.

The Bottom Line
Party Centre in Al Garhoud is a substantial party-supplies shop where you can browse decorations, costumes, balloons and party favors for birthdays, Halloween, school events and other celebrations. The range is the main draw: reviewers mention theme-based items, unusual decorations and enough choice to plan an event under one roof. Balloons are a particular strength.
You can buy packs or mix colours by the piece, and the store can assemble balloon bunches or make arches to your requirements. Staff often help customers choose balloon sizes and colours, which is useful if you are decorating for the first time. Reviews also describe the shop as well organised and easy to navigate, with parking mentioned at the front, in the basement and around the area.
Budget carefully. Several customers consider prices high or say discounts are limited, and one reported a higher collection price than the WhatsApp quote. Delivery balloons may arrive uninflated, so check what is included.
Product quality is not entirely consistent either: a Transformers decoration review criticised the stickers. Service also varies, with many helpful accounts alongside complaints about inattentive or rude staff. For a time-sensitive purchase, confirm stock and closing time before setting out.
