The Bottom Line
Party Hat Gift Trading LLC is a Hor Al Anz party store where you can buy supplies or arrange a decorated celebration. The reviews point most clearly to balloon garlands, balloon pillars, backdrops and full themed setups rather than just shelf shopping. Customers have used it for children’s birthdays, milestone birthdays and a homecoming from hospital.
Theme work is a recurring strength. Reviewers mention a butterfly princess setup, a unicorn birthday, Masha & the Bear and Frozen themes, as well as a Noah’s Ark party with free helium balloons on the dining tables. The team has also recreated ideas from reference photos and helped customers settle on colours and themes.
Timing is another practical plus. Customers report getting balloon arrangements within half an hour, decorations completed at short notice and even a 7am balloon pickup before opening. The business-supplied information says store pickup and delivery are available, including same-day delivery within Dubai and Sharjah.
Prices are repeatedly described as affordable or reasonable, with options that fit a budget. One caution: a reviewer said a smoke product failed during a gender reveal and also reported an unpleasant phone interaction, so confirm or test such products before relying on them for a one-time event.
