Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm details. Before paying, double-check the frame size, orientation and order details in writing.
Compare quotes. Compare nearby quotes first: reviews range from budget-friendly pricing to average or slightly above average.
Track progress. For a deadline, ask how updates will be shared and confirm the ready date before travelling to collect.
Ask delivery. If the piece is large or fragile, ask about delivery and installation; both are mentioned as useful options.
Check printing. If you need a large image, ask about the shop’s large-format printing before arranging framing.

The Bottom Line
PICASSO Frames & Glass is a Bur Dubai picture-framing shop suited to anything from a hand painting or wedding photo to a specialist piece over two metres wide. Reviews highlight the broad frame selection and the practical design advice customers receive while choosing a finish. The shop has also handled custom mirrors, large-format picture printing and canvas work, including one order of more than 25 canvases.
The strongest pattern is careful, friendly service, with customers praising frame quality, mounting, packing and installation. Delivery and pickup are available, and several reviews mention work being completed faster than expected. This is useful if you have a large or delicate piece rather than a simple off-the-shelf frame.
Pricing is not consistently described as cheap. One customer found the shop average to slightly higher than average, while another said a custom frame compared well with nearby and online alternatives. A specialist framing review also said the higher prices were justified for complex, high-end work.
There are important exceptions. A recent review reports incorrect dimensions and orientation, an unprepared order after a week, and poor final quality. Another describes unanswered messages for more than a week.
Confirm every detail and the promised completion date before paying or making a special trip.
