I patiently waited, and my order arrived in less than 15 minutes. When I received it, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The sticker was not properly sealed, and the receipt was crumpled. Upon opening the box, I could tell the pizza looked completely different from what I’m used to. As this is one of my favorite pizzas, I immediately recognized the change. I lost my temper when I finally tasted it—it was very gummy, clearly not fresh, and seemed like it had been reheated multiple times. You couldn’t even feel the Lays crust and it's crunchiness.”
