My order had quinoa, zucchini noodles aka zoodles, shrimp, chicken, avocado, roasted sweet potato, spicy kale, Edamame and a lovely truffle ponzu dressing. The flavours were incredible and kept going between the spiciness of the kale and umami from the truffle ponzu. The zoodles went really went with the proteins. I've discovered a whole new favourite healthy meal with this combination.”

Food 3

  1. Cesar salad Net −1

  2. Chicken gone wild bowl Net −1
“So I went to the branch myself but was told that discount is only if you order online. Not a big deal, it's AED 50 so I ordered one and ordered a Chicken Gone Wild Bowl. The Chicken Gone Wild had like 5 pices of tiny chicken and the rest was just rice and avocado + betroot. I didn't feel satisfied so I sked the waiter to get me some beef to add on top.”
  3. Ono poke bowl Net −1
“I ordered ono poke bowl comes with two proteins, however I received full bowl of quinoa, green salad even not fresh ! 2 shimps and NO cooked salmon. For 62 aed in total the bowl it’s super funny to provide not fresh salad , missing salmon and 2 shrimps! Super shame I would never ever order or recommend this restaurant, never!”

Tips for a Better Visit

Showing 2 of 5
1

Allow Time. If ordering delivery, allow substantially more time than the app suggests or choose pickup; one Careem order took over 1.5 hours.

2

Check Contents. Check the bowl as soon as it arrives, especially the protein: a customer received soba noodles instead of their choice and no raw tuna.

The Bottom Line

Poke & Co in Motor City centres on poké bowls, particularly useful if you like assembling a meal around your preferred base, protein and toppings. The Ono build-your-own bowl, Aloha poke bowl, acai bowls and pokéritos are all mentioned by customers, with the strongest praise going to fresh ingredients, generous portions and healthy combinations. The food is not uniformly reliable.

Some diners describe excellent flavour and freshness, including salmon and avocado that stayed good in a 2am delivery, while others received dry chicken or beef, missing proteins, unwanted soba noodles or food containing hard objects. Acai also divides opinion: one customer loved the coconut chips and mango, while another found a Lotus acai bowl merely average and pricey. Delivery deserves caution.

5 to 2 hours, cancellations after an hour and app estimates that were inaccurate. Pickup or dine-in may avoid some delivery uncertainty, but the branch itself has had complaints about limited seating, flies, unclean toilets and recurring AC failures during 40-degree weather. If you visit in person, confirm the branch is open and ask about the AC; if ordering, check the contents promptly.

Prices mentioned include a California Pokkerito at 35 dhs, though another diner felt the overall experience was expensive.
