Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm capability. For unusual car keys, confirm the specific model and job before leaving the vehicle; one spare-key attempt failed after two hours.
Request quote. Ask for the price upfront and confirm payment options before work starts.
Check vehicle. Photograph the dashboard and inspect the car on collection, especially after electronic or steering-lock work.
Use mobile call-out. If you cannot reach the shop, ask about mobile service; customers report home visits within an hour and quick on-site key cutting.
Ask about entry. For a home lockout, ask what identification or access proof is required before the technician comes.

The Bottom Line
Pro Key Services is an emergency locksmith serving Al Warqa, with reviews centred on car-key replacement, programming, duplication and urgent lockouts. Customers mention Porsche Cayman, Bentley, Maserati, Mercedes, Range Rover, VW and BYD keys, while domestic jobs include replacing door locks and opening locked houses without damage. Speed is a recurring advantage.
Reviews describe technicians arriving within 30 minutes, making a duplicate in 20 minutes, producing three copies in 10 minutes, or completing a home lock job within an hour. The mobile service is useful when a lost key or lockout leaves you unable to drive or get inside. Several customers also mention fair or reasonable pricing, upfront explanations and card or online payment.
There are important exceptions. One customer says a spare key could not be made after a two-hour wait, while another alleges careless vehicle handling during a Mercedes steering-lock repair, including a misaligned steering shaft, warning lights and subsequent clock-spring damage. A separate review reports a door lock failing within two months and a disputed extra charge.
For complex vehicle work, confirm capability, get the quote in writing, and inspect the car before leaving or collecting it.
