Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm timing. Get the completion date clearly confirmed and follow up before travelling; several customers arrived to find orders unfinished.
Check alignment. Inspect the finished frame before leaving, especially the image position and inner-frame colour.
Check packing. Ask how the completed frame will be packed; one review says there was no proper packing at collection.
Allow buffer. Build extra time into your plans rather than relying on the first promised date, particularly for canvas or custom work.

The Bottom Line
Rafi Frames & Picture Framing Supplies in Al Karama is a picture-framing shop where you can frame photos, posters, paintings and custom-sized artwork. Reviews point to a notably broad choice of styles, including classic and modern frames, while the business also handles canvas framing, photo prints and acrylic frames. The strongest experiences mention careful workmanship.
One customer said a complicated painting was framed excellently; another praised the precision of two paintings and appreciated the recommendation of UV-protective glass. Customers also describe reasonable prices, helpful frame suggestions and occasional quick turnaround, with some receiving frames or customised artwork within a short period. The caution is consistency.
Other customers reported loose canvas stretching, poor acrylic quality, misaligned or incorrectly coloured frames, and artwork that was not mounted as instructed. Delays and communication problems appear repeatedly: orders were sometimes unfinished after the promised date, updates were missed, and one customer said two frames were lost. Before ordering, confirm the design, materials and completion date in writing, inspect the work before leaving, and think carefully before paying an advance.
The shop may suit a straightforward framing job, but valuable artwork or deadline-sensitive orders call for extra checking and time.
