The Good Stuff
Custom Orders
WhatsApp ordering can accommodate changes such as requesting more roses and less packaging.
Wide Choice
Reviews mention many flower types and wrapping designs, giving shoppers plenty of ways to shape a bouquet.
Helpful Guidance
In-store staff have helped customers compare options and choose colours and arrangements without being pushy.
Reasonable Prices
Several in-store customers found the flowers reasonably priced, including repeat weekly purchases.
Long Lasting
One customer said a beautiful bouquet lasted weeks, suggesting some arrangements offer good value beyond the purchase day.
Tips for a Better Visit
Inspect First. For online orders, consider visiting or asking for current photos first: one reviewer said to buy only after seeing the flowers.
Customise Clearly. When ordering on WhatsApp, spell out changes such as more roses or less packaging; customers have successfully requested both.
Allow Buffer. Leave substantial time for delivery, especially on Valentine's Day, Women's Day, or other busy occasions when several orders ran late.
Check Price. Compare the app total with the WhatsApp quote before paying, since one reviewer reported different prices and no follow-up explanation.
Confirm Delivery. For express or time-sensitive orders, confirm the address and delivery status directly, as one customer said an order was marked delivered but never arrived.

The Bottom Line
Rose Charm Flowers in Jumeirah Lake Towers is a florist where you can buy cut flowers, choose a bouquet in person, or arrange a customised order through WhatsApp. Reviews specifically mention graduation bouquets, roses, tulips and elegant gift arrangements. The strongest experiences involve fresh, fragrant flowers, thoughtful arranging help and staff who take time to understand the occasion rather than simply handing over a standard bouquet.
In-store buying appears more dependable than ordering from a delivery platform. Several customers found the flowers fresh, reasonably priced and long-lasting; one said a bouquet lasted well over a week, while another said flowers lasted weeks. WhatsApp has also worked well for alterations, including asking for more roses and less packaging.
The main caution is consistency. Other customers received wilted or old flowers, a paint-smelling spray-painted bouquet, or arrangements that did not resemble the website images. Delivery complaints are substantial: orders on Talabat, Careem and Flowwow were reported hours late, unanswered calls were common in some cases, and one order was marked delivered despite not arriving.
Compare the app and WhatsApp price before paying, inspect current flowers where possible, and leave plenty of time for occasion-day deliveries.
